PRICES

The price of the products will be the price stipulated at any given moment in our E-COMMERCE, except in case of error. All prices include taxes at the current applicable rate. The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to the customer at the time of placing the order.

Shipping

Purchases are dispatched within three days of payment (during the summer season it might take up to 5 days). Once shipment has been made, the customer will be notified by e-mail.

Returns

As these are vintage items, with detailed description and measurements in each product sheet, the customer may return the order only if it arrives damaged or in poor condition. To do so, they have a period of 14 calendar days from the date they receive the item purchased through ARCHIVO’s online shop.

For orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all fees and taxes associated with shipping and returns are paid by the buyer in accordance with current legislation. In these shipments, the declared value for customs purposes will be the amount of the invoice in euros.

For orders to non-EU countries, the customer must manage the return of the package to our facilities and bear the costs of such shipment.

GUARANTEE

The guarantee offered is that established in Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

In the event that the product is defective ARCHIVO will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

Please note that orders placed from outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes and duties which are not included in the purchase price.

– Where do we ship to and how much does it cost?

Shipping to mainland Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands: 12€.

Shipping to Andorra: 18€.

Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Greenland, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom and Sweden: 25€.

Shipping to Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine: 30€.

Shipping to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland: 35€.

– Payment and taxes

Payment of the purchase is made in euros. The banks providing international credit cards (excluding the EU) determine the currency exchange rate and may add administrative charges which the buyer will be obliged to bear.

All prices of products on the website are subject to applicable VAT. This means that the price will always be the same, whether or not the product is subject to Spanish VAT.

For international customers who would like a VAT refund, we regret to inform you that we do not deal with this type of request.

We accept payment by credit or debit card.

– The received product does not match the description, is damaged or defective, who can help me?

We regret that the item you received does not meet your expectations. Please contact us at info@archivo.me with your order number and order details.

– I have completed an order for a wrong order, can I fix it?

We start processing your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellation process before the order has been shipped. We recommend that you write to info@archivo.me as soon as possible.
