ARCHIVO is an e-commerce website that offers a selection of vintage designer items.

PRODUCTS

Our products are available in limited quantities and may be subject of returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

We have made every effort to display as clearly as possible the colors and characteristics of the products that appear in our store.

 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated to, limit the sales of our products to anyone and in any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer. All product descriptions and all product prices are subject to change at any time without notice in our discretion.

 

The products sold by ARCHIVO are second-handed, so it is possible that these products show slight signs of wear or slight physical defects due to their previous life.

 

ARCHIVO guarantees a selection of products in good condition and takes care of cleaning each second-hand item before putting it on sale.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements that make up the www.archivo.me site: photographs, packshots, texts, logos and packaging are protected by copyright and intellectual property.

 

Unless previously authorized by ARCHIVO, any non-legitimate use (the storage of screenshots for personal use is allowed) of any of these elements will be considered an infringement and will be duly prosecuted..

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Access and use of this webpage attributes to the visitor the condition of user. This fact implies that the user accepts the terms and conditions in force displayed here and agrees to make appropriate use of the contents of the website and to strictly observe and comply with what is provided in this notice and in the applicable regulations.

 

The conditions of access and use of this website are governed by current legislation and by the principle of good faith, the user committing to make good use of the website. Conduct that goes against the law, the rights or interests of third parties is not allowed.

 

Being a user of ARCHIVO implies that you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions and what is extended by the applicable legal regulations in this matter. If for whatever reason you do not agree with these conditions, do not continue using this website.

 

Any type of notification and / or claim will only be valid by written notification and / or certified postal service.

Prices

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times in our E-COMMERCE, except in case of error. All prices contain taxes at the applicable current rate. The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed

Shipping

The shipment of purchases is made within a period of maximum three days from the moment payment is approved. Shipping to Europe takes between 2-4 days. Once the shipment is made, the customer will be notified by email with a tracking number.

Returns

As it is about vintage objects, with a detailed description and measurements on each product sheet, the customer may proceed to return the order only if it arrives damaged or in poor condition in a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item purchased through the ARCHIVO online store.

 

For orders served to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all fees and taxes associated with shipping and returns are borne by the buyer in accordance with current legal provisions. In these shipments, the amount of the invoice in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes.

 

Regarding orders to non-EU countries, the customer must manage the return of the package to our facilities and bear the costs derived from said shipment.

Guarantee

The guarantee offered is the one established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios and other complementary laws, approved by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, of November 16.

 

In the event that the product is defective, ARCHIVO will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

                    –    Where do you deliver, how much will it cost and how long will it take?

Shipping to Spain and Portugal, 12€.

 

Shipping to Andorra: 18€.

 

Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Sweden and the United Kingdom: 25€.

 

Shipping to Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine: 30€.

 

Shipping to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland: 35€.

 

       Payment, Tax & IVA

Payment will be made in EUR. International credit card providers or banks (excluding EU) will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charges which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

 

All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable Spanish IVA. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not IVA is chargeable on our sale of the product.

 

Customers may be contacted by couriers for additional customs information.

For those customers wishing to claim back IVA on orders outside of the EU, unfortunately we do not refund any IVA requests.

 

We accept payment with credit or debit card.

 

       The item received didn’t match the description / the item is damaged or defective – who can help me with this?

We’re sorry if the item received was inaccurately described or damaged or defective and we would very much appreciate the opportunity to help you, please contact info@archivo.me quoting your order number and details.

 

       I’ve ordered the wrong item, can I amend my order?

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to amend your order after the item has been shipped. If the item has yet to be shipped, we would recommend canceling the order for the item and placing a new order. In all instances, please contact us info@archivo.me as soon as possible.
