About Giotto Stoppino…
Architect and designer originally from Vigevano (Lombardy), he trained between Venice and Milan. After working for Architetti Associati with Vittorio Gregotti and Lodovico Meneghetti between 1953 and 1968, he founded his own studio. With time his brand specialised in architecture, urban planning and design. Among his best-known projects are the Nesting Side Table and the Magazine Rack he made for Kartell (1969), and these Cobra chairs designed in the 1970s.
